Reporting For Duty
In the historic battle fields of Pennsylvania a revolution is underway. It started several years back when a Sold Out for Jesus couple, with a vision of bringing lost souls to the Lord said, “Yes Lord we will.” We will put on the armor and fight to see that no man or woman goes to Hell. We will sell out for your sake Lord. We will train the Holy Warriors that you send us. We will train up our children in your ways. We will do what ever it is that you ask of us. We will work out of our comfort zone. We will fight the good fight of Faith no matter what the cost.
This weekend I was blessed to be able to join the revolution in Pennsylvania. The moment I arrived Pastor Sam said it is Go Time. We were on are way to the front lines.
I joined RAVEN East Coast in spreading the Love of Jesus through a community called Fireside. This is a poverty stricken community where the devil is trying to put people out on the streets, rent/mortgages are high and incomes are low. RAVEN East Coast is showing this community that there is Hope and Love and His name is Jesus Christ. RAVEN East Coast has such a relationship with this community it is beautiful. While most people or even most Christians were inside staying warm RAVEN East Coast and myself were pushing forward in this revolution, working in the frigid temperatures. While out on the streets Pastor Sam began talking to two men they were telling him their stories and He began hitting them with the Gospel.

Heb 4:12 For the word of God is living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.
These two men began to cry out to Jesus, and Pastor Sam led them to the Lord, Hallelujah. Praise God that Pastor Sam was on the front lines and not enjoying the comfort of his heated home.
We left Fireside and went to a place called “The Jungle” it is called this because of the chaos that goes on in this neighborhood. Pastor Sam said, “people around there say this is a place that if you’re not from the neighborhood you don’t go to that neighborhood.” Guess what devil, where going in, we’re pushing the front lines back, we’re taking over!
2Ti 1:7 For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.
The devil has put so much fear in these people they are afraid to open their doors. I talked to one family of Believers and they said you just don’t open your door because you never know what is going to happen on this street. I bind that spirit of fear, and claim these two communities for the Lord in Jesus’ Name.
I pray that more people step out of the comfort zone, quit making excuses, set aside the distractions; the game controllers, the TV remote, the headphones, or what ever is taking the Lords time and join the Revolution. I pray for more “We will” people, Christians who will quit running from the call.
Each and every one of us should be on the front lines. Everyone should be feeding on the word daily preparing for battle getting firmly rooted and well established in Faith. Each of us needs to suit up in the armor and prepare ourselves. This Revolution isn’t just in Pennsylvania its Global. You are being called for duty, Will you answer? Or are you screening your calls?
